1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at aajunkmanagement.com or using any services provided by A&A Junk Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
2. Description of Services
A&A Junk Management provides professional junk removal and property cleanout services throughout the DMV region. Our services include:
- Residential and commercial junk removal
- Appliance removal and hauling
- Furniture removal and disposal
- Full property cleanouts (residential and estate)
- Commercial and office cleanouts
- Donation coordination for reusable items
Please note that A&A Junk Management is a junk removal company — we are not a moving company and do not provide moving or relocation services. We do not handle hazardous materials or hazardous waste disposal.
3. Service Area
A&A Junk Management primarily serves the DMV region, including:
- Washington, DC
- Northern Virginia (including Bristow, Manassas, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and surrounding areas)
- Maryland (including Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and surrounding areas)
We may also be able to provide services outside of the DMV area on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside our primary service area, please contact us to discuss availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is based on custom quotes determined by the following factors:
- Volume and weight of items to be removed
- Type of materials (furniture, appliances, general debris, etc.)
- Labor required to access and remove items
- Distance from disposal facilities
A minimum service fee of $90 applies to all jobs. Online and phone quotes are estimates only — final pricing is confirmed after our team performs a walkthrough at the job site. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at time of service.
5. Scheduling & Cancellation
We offer same-day service and scheduled appointments seven days a week, including weekends. When scheduling, we will provide you with an estimated arrival window. We make every effort to arrive on time and will notify you of any significant delays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule and serve other customers. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate descriptions of items to be removed when requesting a quote
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to all items at the time of service
- Disclosing any known hazardous materials before scheduling
- Securing pets and clearing pathways to items being removed
- Confirming which items are to be removed before our team begins work
- Being present or having an authorized representative present during service
7. Prohibited Items
For safety and regulatory compliance, we are unable to remove certain items, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Certain electronics restricted under local regulations (contact us to confirm)
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Ammunition or firearms
If prohibited items are discovered at the job site, we reserve the right to leave them behind. Customers should not attempt to conceal prohibited items.
8. Property Access & Liability
By scheduling a service, you grant A&A Junk Management and its employees reasonable access to your property to perform the agreed-upon services. Our team will take care to avoid damage to your property during service, and we carry full liability insurance coverage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, structures, walls, floors, or other surfaces. It is the customer's responsibility to clearly identify all items to be removed before work begins. Once items have been loaded and removed, they cannot be returned.
9. Donations & Recycling
A&A Junk Management is committed to responsible disposal. When possible, we donate reusable items to local charities and divert materials from landfills through recycling. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated, recycled, or otherwise diverted from disposal — this depends on item condition, current charity acceptance policies, and other factors outside our control.
10. Website & Online Tools
Our website at aajunkmanagement.com provides information about our services and allows customers to submit quote requests through online forms. Any pricing information shown on the website is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding quote. All online quote requests are estimates pending a final in-person or phone assessment.
We strive to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on our website.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of A&A Junk Management and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
